New Quarter, a lot of projects

Good morning, everyone.

It’s been a while since the last time I wrote here. Sorry about that.

A lot of things have happened during this time, but one of the most important ones, on a personal level, is that I became a father. :)

And oh boy, it’s been a hard ride. Mainly for my partner physically, but also for all of us in general.

Since the last time I wrote here, a lot of things have also happened at Ramensoft.

Fika was finally developed, and now we have a fully functional platform that is growing organically every month, where individual writers...

A new chapter for Ramensoft

Now that Fika was finished, Pau Ramon, Josep Jaume Rey, and I debated the future of the company. Fika is growing nicely and organically, but in terms of revenue... that's another story.

We discovered the hard way that people in Europe are not really used to paying for content, or even supporting some of their favorite writers. We could imagine that, but we believed in the model and tried to replicate something that was working in the United States.

Well, it was an expensive lesson.

What’s next?

After debating our values and one of the company's main goals at the beginning, launching a new project every three months, we decided to fully focus on one, and only one.

Why? Because the most expensive thing in 2026 is not developing a new tool or product. It still costs money, but it's a lot cheaper than it was five years ago. The expensive part is getting attention, building awareness, and generating traction. That's one of the hardest things nowadays.

Our main focus: Handinger

We decided that Handinger, our new project, would be the one. The one that will help us build a profitable company.

What is Handinger?
